Working Stay of the Partner School Rheinbach Students at SUPŠS in 2009
From February 23 to March 13, 2009 our school was again visited by a group of students from our partner school Berufskoleg Rheinbach. The German students led by Czech teachers created both drawn sketches and clay models and learned to make moulds for glass melting. They also tried glass plate printing. A friend and supporter of both the associated schools Mr. Helfried Glössner visited the students. The German students took also part in a bowling tournament, organized for them by the association Fresh Air from Kamenický Šenov.
The guest students visited several local manufacturing plants and glass museums. Their program included also trips to Děčín, Liberec and Prague. On the weekends they made several trips in the neighborhood of Kamenický Šenov.
