French Students´ Short Term Stay

From June 1 to 21, 2007 two students of the French Glass School CERFAV in Vannes le Chatel Amandine Le Marec and Philippe Garenc stayed at our School. They were interested in the technology of making moulds for glass melting. Amandine took also an active part in the Students´ Symposium co-organized by our School. Assisted by our teachers František Novák and Jitka Skuhravá both students modeled their designs in clay and made moulds for melting. Then, they processed the melted glass in the school cutting shop.
