The Secondary Glass School of Applied Arts Kamenický Šenov successful in the "For Light 2009" competition.

The For light - Světlo pro zítřek competition has been organized by the fair implementation management team - the ABF a. s. company together with the Světlo (Light) magazine. The competition was held within the For Electro fair, taking place together with the building fair For Arch from Sept. 22-26, 2009 in Prague Letňany. Also our school participated in the competition of lighting assemblies designers, manufacturers and dealers, with final works by Martina Doležalová and Lenka Husárková, graduates of the Lighting Objects Departments. Roswita Siedeková presented her final work - a lighting assembly directly in the exhibition of the magazine Světlo, a long-term partner of our school. The competition was presented in a separate display within the fair. The entered lighting assemblies were evaluated by a professional jury. There, Lenka Husárková won a jury special award for a ceiling hanging lighting assembly "Futurama".
